Villa Mabouya is an all-wood villa, set in the middle of a beautiful tropical garden. Built in a cabin style, it's a nature retreat with a large central living room that opens completely onto the garden.
Located 300 meters from Fort Royal beach, Villa Mabouya boasts a beautiful, secluded terrace overlooking a lovely 900 m² garden and its private 8m x 4m saltwater pool (protected by an alarm). To the left is the main section comprising a bedroom, a shower room, and the kitchen. For 4 to 6 people, a walkway to the right leads to two bedrooms, each with two single beds (80 cm) and a shower room. The villa's living area is 100 m², including the covered terrace.

Fort Royal beach is a 300-meter walk away, with no road to cross. From the Fort Royal hotel on this beach, you can enjoy various activities (tennis, windsurfing, etc. – inquire locally for prices). There is also a restaurant and bar on the beach. The 9 km coastal hiking trail starts here, leading to the village of Deshaies and passing by some of Deshaies' most beautiful beaches: Plage de la Perle and Grande Anse.
Deshaies Botanical Garden 7 km away. Numerous hiking trails within a 40 km radius. La Soufrière volcano 65 km away.
Diving clubs in Deshaies, whale and dolphin migration watching in season.

Grocery store 1 km away (open daily from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm). Supermarket 5 km away. Market in Sainte Rose every morning.

Un écrin de verdure qui demande un peu d'amour
Nous avons passé un séjour agréable en mars dans cette villa. Un grand merci à Éloïse pour sa disponibilité et sa qualité d'écoute, c’est très appréciable. Les points forts : L'emplacement est idéal (plage à seulement 300m à pied) et le jardin luxuriant avec sa grande piscine offre un cadre magnifique. À noter : L'ambiance 'ferme' avec les chevaux et les poules est charmante, mais attention : le coq chante dès 4h du matin, ce qui peut surprendre les sommeils légers ! Enfin, si l'extérieur est superbe, l'intérieur de la villa ainsi que le portail d'entrée mériteraient un rafraîchissement pour être totalement à la hauteur des 5 étoiles annoncées.
Super villa très bien située
Super villa très bien située avec chevaux, coqs et poules au fond du jardin. La villa est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Un véritable havre de verdure et de paix avec la plage et les commodités de supermarché, épicerie et restaurants à proximité. Superbe séjour !

Séjour de 4 jours Villa avec jardin située dans un endroit calme - très confortable, propre et bien aménagée - ils ont pensé à tout !... même le mixer 😉 - l’espace salon extérieur est un atout pour se détendre en toute quiétude - les chambres sont bien disposées - 3 couples peuvent y séjourner sans être l’un sur l’autre Le ++ ... la piscine au sel Le propriétaire est super sympathique et arrangeant - Merci pour votre gentillesse On y retournera, c’est sûr !!
