Welcome to Etoile Matutine, a magnificent villa of 70 m2 all in wood, located at Pointe Batterie, a quiet residential area particularly popular in Deshaies. It is a green setting with a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea and the Gros Morne of the Bay of Deshaies.
From the large terrace on stilts of 45 m2, you will have a sheltered lounge, deckchairs and a salt swimming pool of 5 m by 2 m to cool off. An equipped kitchen and a dining area open widely to the outside and allow you to enjoy the beauty of the place.
The sleeping area includes 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 by 200 with its bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin)
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 by 200 with its bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin)
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 by 190 with its bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin)
A sheltered living room overlooking the swimming pool includes a sofa and comfortable armchairs, TV area, internet.

The village of Deshaies, known for hosting the filming of the English series Meurtres au Paradis every year, is a haven of beauty with its mountainous terrain and its white sand beaches. The famous beach of Grande Anse is 1.5 km away and that of Rifflet La Perle is 4 km from the villa Etoile Matutine.
The Botanical Garden of Deshaies, the most visited place in Guadeloupe is 1 km from the villa. Many hiking trails are located within a radius of 40 km.The Soufrière volcano is 65 km away.
Diving clubs in Deshaies, observation of whale and dolphin migrations in season, equestrian club.
Practice:
Bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor 1 km away in the village of Deshaies. Small market in Sainte Rose every morning. A list of delicious local restaurants and good advice will be given to you upon your arrival at Villa Etoile Matutine.

Notre séjour à la villa Étoile Matutine s’est parfaitement bien passé. La villa est dans un quartier calme, sans aucun vis à vis. Les équipements sont de qualité, la terrasse est magnifique et très agréable à vivre et les espaces nuit sont très confortables.

Les points positifs : la villa dispose d une magnifique vue mer et d une très grande terrasse pour profiter de l extérieur (salon, cuisine, piscine..) Les photos sont conformes à la réalité À améliorer : mettre une serrure à la chambre du milieu pour éviter de devoir passer par la 1ere pour fermer Fournir des serviettes de plage
Villa in paradise
Beautiful villa, everything worked as expected, with great amenities. The sunsets were spectacular. We cooked regularly in the villa, swam in the pool daily, enjoyed the sounds of the jungle, walked to the bay and to the town. Check in / check out was super easy.
