The Atemoya Residence is located 400m from Bas Vent Fort Royal beach. It consists of 3 cottages.
The Cannelle cottage has 1 air-conditioned bedroom and can comfortably accommodate 3 people. It includes a covered terrace with a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed for one person, 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm) and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
At the rear of the villa, on the mountainside, is a beautiful swimming pool with salt treatment and a deck shared by the 3 cottages. The owners, Audrey and Stéphane, live on site and will be happy to advise you on good places to eat in Guadeloupe.
A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival.

Sheets, towels and tea towels provided , air conditioning in both bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower, sink, separate toilet), fridge-freezer, TV, Wi-Fi.
Laundry package (wash €4 and dry €4) for your personal laundry.
Shared, secure saltwater swimming pool for the other 2 cottages. Enclosed grounds of 1500 m2.
Environment and activities: Fort Royal beach is a 400-meter walk away (no road to cross). Tennis, diving, windsurfing, and other activities are available at the Fort Royal Hotel, also 400 meters away (see prices on site). A grocery store is 300 meters away, a supermarket is 5 km away, the Deshaies Botanical Garden is 7 km away, and La Soufrière volcano is a 1 hour 20 minute drive. The airport is 37 km away.
