The air-conditioned double room on the first floor features a large window overlooking Deshaies Bay. It is divided into two areas by a large wardrobe, ensuring privacy. On the left side, a queen size bed of 160, the wardrobe space in the centre and 2 single beds of 80 on the other side.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The kitchenette and dining area are located on the 9 m² terrace, which offers privacy and views of lush vegetation.

Access to the residence's swimming pool from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

The tourist tax is not included and must be paid upon arrival. It costs €1 per person per night. A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival (by credit card).
