The "Exotik" cottage is located in the O Coeur de Deshaies residence and can accommodate 3 people. The covered terrace is the main living area, with a kitchen and dining area and a lounge for relaxing. From this delightful spot, you can admire the splendid sunsets over the very photogenic bay of Deshaies in the evening.

Closed off by a large roller shutter is the air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and a single bed (80 x 190 cm). A large bathroom completes the suite, featuring a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Note that the terrace is located near the infinity edge of the pool, so a gentle lapping sound can be heard throughout the day.

In a small annex, a washing machine is accessible to the occupants of the Exotik & Tropikal cottages.

You will also have access to all the facilities of the "O Coeur de Deshaies" Residence, namely an infinity pool in the middle of a teak beach with sun loungers, and private parking.

The second cottage, called "Tropikal," is shared with this accommodation but is completely private. You can rent the Villa "O Coeur de Deshaies," which combines the two cottages (separated by a connecting door), thus having a private villa that can accommodate a total of 5 people.

Numerous activities in the surrounding area: scuba diving (corals, multicolored fish, sea turtles), deep-sea fishing, jet skiing, Grande Anse beach 1km away, the Botanical Garden, former home of Coluche, less than 1km away.
The Cousteau Reserve in Malendure, and its parks where you can discover the flora and fauna of the Antilles. Kayaking, horseback riding. River. Amusement park. Restaurants. La Soufrière volcano 60 km away, Carbet Falls, cocoa, coffee, and vanilla houses.

Parties and gatherings are prohibited.

The tourist tax is not included and must be paid upon arrival. It is €1 per night per person over 13 years old. A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival.
